If not this is a place I fully recommend. It is in the middle of a housing estate now but was once a well kept secret in the First World War. There are 12 miles of tunnels, you only get to do a few hundred...More

It was a worth while visit and one I would recommend to anyone who is interested in history. It tied in with all the ceremonies going on around the Vimy 100 celebrations.

This is a really good experience at a good price. Loved putting on the WW1 Helmets and the Audio packs really helped to bring the place to life. Guides were excellent and felt humbled to be in the tunnels, almost 100 years to the day...More

This is a great project run by the Arras Office du Tourisme. A fantastic experience: In a secured area one brings you 20m deep with an elevator to visit the hiding shelters for thousands of British soldiers in the prelude of the Battle of Arras...More

Very interesting. Stopped on the way to Paris. WW1 history. The tunnels well prepared for most people. Good illustrations/videos. Would definitely recommend.

Great show - brings to life a key component of the Battle of Arras in WW1 big moment for Canada- the preparation for the successful assault of Vimy Ridge, one of the most difficult objectives of that war and one where Canadians acted with courage,...More

Try Dianne and Vic Piuk at Les Alouettes Somme Battlefield tours .We went with them and they were excellent. It would depend if they have anything available now due to the late notice

Tours are fully guided and timed. Don't know if they do advanced booking. We turned up on a quiet Sunday morning and waited 20 mins for our tour start.
We would like to visit on Saturday, April 15th, 2017, but we are not a group and it seems that it is fully booked. Is there a group we can join? We only have that one day in Arras.

You will be lucky to find a group that has pre booked. It's a brilliant place to visit and obviously very popular. Keep checking in for cancellations.
