WE were celebrating a family birthday , and what a surprise we had, discovering this gastronomical experience on Emanuel 's boat. The chef after having spent most his career with rolinger decided with his close friend " the skipper" to create an absolute feast out on their old wooden boat on the cancale bay facing the mint st Michel . It starts off ( once you're on the boat ) with chef Emanuel strapping an glass around your neck! He will not stop filling it up with wine pairings all throughout the meal. The meals goes from daurade sashimi , oysters, a barbecue lobster, etc etc ..... a real treat. all dishes proudly spiced up with the rollinger spices. I truly recommend the experience
