This is a fascinating look into a Roman house. The mosaic floors and partial frescoes are in incredible shape considering how old it is. Really amazing.

It is incredible to think that this house was built in the heart of Spoleto so many centuries ago. The house has been beautifully "uncovered" and it is possible to imagine a family living there. The explanations are very clear and the property is fascinating....More

The mosaic floors in the Villa are very well restaurated and give a glimpse of the grandour that once must have prevailed here. It's not very large but on the other hand one of the better Villas I've seen.

If you are an roman art history buff you must visit this casa. The mosaics are simply divine in a perfectly maintained house museum
