Not easy be prepared, enough drinks and food.good shoes. The Entrance you can find at the Vico del Botone , IT is a small allee of the via xxv Aprille in the center of sistri Levante.

Just find the start, from the main street in the Old Town, look for a small arcade with a sign for the Sky Bar at the Hotel up the hill. And wear good shoes. Takes about 1.5 -2 hrs.

I was there in Jan-Apr 2014 and the view is amazing. An excellent hike, highly recommend it, of course bring water and a good pair of hiking shoes.

We did the extended version and walked around the headland and over to the next beach for a swim and returned. The markers are pretty good, but we missed one of the turn-offs being distracted by the view! But easy enough to find your way...More

Under olive trees, past cliff-side farms, up marked trails, along the edge of the most fabulous views ever!!! Even has benches spaced at the prime views!!!

This hike has a few paths but they are well marked. We did this one evening and had great views looking back over the Bay of Silence. If you hike this in the morning you will have the sun behind you for better photos.

It is a beautiful hike. Beware it is not easy and you should have proper trail shoes. It is best to go very early in the morning.
