We visited the gardens in mid-January - a decidedly off season time of year and we met virtually no other tourists. The end of the gardens are situated on a 100 m cliff, some 350 m above the coast - this gives un-paralleled views both north and south along the coast.

This must be one of the most stunning settings ever! We visited Villa Cimbrone I sunny Saturday in January and totally fell for the gardens, the sculptures and the view! The Villa is perfectly located and I could have stayed and enjoyed the view and the beauty the whole day. Spectacular!

We were 50/50 about visiting this place as we were tired from walking around. Soooo glad we did, Villa Cimbrone's gardens were lovely but the view from the infinity terrace literally took our breath away. Absolutely stunning views of the towns, mountains, sea never seen anything like it! Was the highlight of our trip in Amalfi.

After a long walk way we went to these Gardens. However only at the entrance you have something very good to see at and then another one as place of infinity with line of statue heads. Better views of down the hill can be seen from Ravello bus stand itself. For adults ticket, we used compania arte card and for... More

The gardens are expansive and beautiful. If you take a stroll to the end of the garden, you end up at a cliff with a number of marble sculptured heads. The view from here is breathtaking. The villa itself is currently a hotel, so walking in amongst the gardens is the whole experience.

Very nice, relaxing stroll through the gardens and very pretty picture opps for the photographers. We went here on our way back to Rome from Positano so it definitely doesn't compare to Positano, but its still very pretty.

While I had heard of the Villa Cimbrone gardens while Googling our Amalfi trip, I had this place on my 'if you're scraping the barrel' list and must admit that I only suggested visiting when I spotted that it was just 2mins away from where we'd just had lunch. SO glad we did! These gardens are absolutely stunning, as well... More

It's a nice, relaxing Villa gardens at the top of a bit of a climb. It offers nice views and a serene setting. So if that's what you're looking for it would probably be a good choice.
