If you love Italian food and wine then make sure you visit Pete and his team at his family’s villa for this unforgettable cooking and wine pairing experience! Best 4 hours we spent in Positano. Worth the money and the tips and knowledge shared were sensational. Highly recommended! Thanks Pete! Mel and I had a superb afternoon with you all.

Our cooking experience with Pete Capraro was an unforgettable experience. We felt like family and was welcome wholeheartedly with open arms. His enthusiasm and passion to create an intimate experience for everyone was top notch. The food and wine pairing was beyond what I had expected. This was by far the BEST cooking class ever!! Peter is very generous, passionate, witty and knowledgeable. He is the epitome of Italy's identity!

If you want to visit a spectacular seaside villa in Positano where you are schooled in the fine points of Italian cuisine and wines this is your place. Your gracious host Peter will demonstrate appetizers with local cheeses, meats and greens. You will learn how to prepare a fish pasta using freshly caught local fish. You will prepare a meat dish with mushrooms also with local produce. Then you will visit his extensive wine cellar to taste a number of different varietals. This is truly a memorable evening that will be a highlight of your trip to the Amalfi coast.

I have been for an amazing cookery class about Neapolitan Easter Cake (Pastiera).
The class was in a family environment, with pets going round on the terrace and a typical Mamma running around and cooking soo much.
It's a unique experience that will throw you into a modest simple life and gives you a chance too see the real Positano.
HIghly recommended for all food lovers.
