Plenty of parking almost opposite the entrance. Try the cafe next to the gates to the museum. Fantastic salads! The ruins are not walking distance from Paestum town but there are plenty of restaurants and little shops there... More

60-90 minutes at Paestum itself should be enough. We did not visit the museum but were told it is worth it. Consider 3 hours for all. Andreas
