Italy regional trains are clean and safe, you can buy your ticket on the plate form and off you go. Just remember the train to Venice is on the hand side.

This is an excellent method of transportation and can be used by all. Helpful staff at hotel can assist you to understand your options.

It's an extremely busy station - especially in the mornings. We found the best thing was to buy our tickets for the next day on the evening before.

We had to wait here for 6 hours. There's a fair amount of little food shops including Mcd too. The place is kept clean at all times, staff are friendly and there's a fair amount of security walking around. Overall if you need to kill...More

I greeted in Italian and a young lady guided me in English to get my tickets from the automated system to Padova , Venice and back to Mestre. Good Service!

Don't know about at the train station but some hotels have luggage storage facilities checkout the one you are staying at . The Piave mestre has such a case ilitybfor their guests.
