A lot of folks may think this is another ski lift-type ride up a mountain for a nice view--it's more than that. First of all, this is a steep lift. And high. And fast. Second, when you get to the top there are 360 degree views. On one side is Lake Baldo and the Dolomite Mountains. On the other side... More

Rotating cable cars were a real novelty although we always misjudged the best spot to benefit most from it, especially as it rotated the opposite way on the descent. They also crammed too many in the cable cars for comfort. Otherwise amazing view. Worth a visit.

Buying the ticket in advance is useless - you need to join the normal queue anyway. Poor organisation.

I visited Monte Baldo using Fumvia Cable Car. The view was very beautiful and it is very safe for almost everyone to undertake. The re are little shopping and eating area near the top of the Monte Baldo. It is worth a trip to the top

Well worth the 40 euros! Make sure you have plenty of time for a boozy lunch and a sunbathe at the top. One of the most beautiful views I have ever seen - 360 degrees of glorious mountain tops.

This review is for both the cable car and the walks around Monte Baldo. We were aware that the views from the top could be limited during cloudy weather and that the lines can be long at busy time, so we timed our visit carefully, checking the weather for the clearest day and leaving early. This paid off – we... More

We decided to do this on the spur of the moment. The views are amazing. It's 22 euros for a return trip for an adult and 10 euros for a child. Take a jacket as the temperature difference between the bottom and top was quite big! We were walking around in t shirts at the bottom and there was show... More

.....walk back down. The views from Monte Baldo are absolutely stunning! There are a number of places you can perch yourself and enjoy a snack whilst feasting your eyes on the breathtaking views. We used the cable car to get to the top. If I came here again, I'd catch the cable car up, but trek back down using the... More

The most amazing views on the way up the mountain cable car. When you arrive thrre are cattle wandering around with bells around their necks. Good reasonable restaurant. Good walking area bring your boots if you feel like serious walking. Did I mention the cool fresh air.
