    A great walk.
    A wonderful walk from Maiori to Minori. So many people commented on the lack of lemons. We were here in March & lots of lemons, but the views are the best bits. Watching the animals & seeing all the different plants too. I wanted to walk the Path of the Gods but am scared of heights, this walk was enough for me.

    Lots of lemons, spectacular views
    The path of the lemons is a beautiful walk offering spectacular views along the way, and passing by lots of lemon groves. I’ve done the walk several times now from Maiori to Minori and back again. There were plenty of lemons in May.

    Very hot, but very beautiful
    Such a beautiful walk with many photos opportunities available throughout. It took us about an hour to get there as there were many steps and a couple of our party were slightly unfit and middle aged. We went to Sal de Riso (a pastry cafe) whilst in Minori. It was an extremely hot day, so I would recommend going early in the day so avoid most the heat midday and take lots of water on your trip. There is also someone about halfway up selling lemonade. The walk back from Minori or Maiori along the seafront took about 20 mins.

    Best part of the Amalfi coast
    This is the actual highlight of Amalfi coast! Amalfi and Positano are so touristy, it's unsettling. Stay in Maiori and enjoy your time. Don't miss this hike. It's about 400 steps up, but they are relatively easy because they are not all at once and there are benches to rest along the way with beautiful views. Skip the fresh lemonade and "lemon granita" at one of the shops at the top. It was a tiny cup of each and was 4 euros each. The Granita was just chunky ice with a few drops of lemon sugar in the middle, pretty insulting. Wanted to help support, but this is a really poor value. Definitely ask the price because they do not post them.

Positive, especially in June during lemon season

I would definitely recommend this hike, BUT ONLY IN JUNE WHEN THE LEMONS ARE RIPENING. Don't get me wrong, the views are spectacular, but having the ripe lemons, jam, and lemoncello available for sampling along the way was a treat (and the photo opportunities amongst the lemon trees were nice too). We walked back to Maiori from Minori along the highway which wasn't as treacherous as one might think and provided some nice photo ops as well.

Lovely hike

This was a very unique walk - the lemon groves were beautiful, and the scenery was spectacular. Please be advised that this is more of a hike than a leisurely stroll! Be sure to wear proper footwear and bring water. You don't need to hire a guide.

Lots of lemons, spectacular views

A great walk.

A wonderful walk from Maiori to Minori. So many people commented on the lack of lemons. We were here in March & lots of lemons, but the views are the best bits. Watching the animals & seeing all the different plants too.
I wanted to walk the Path of the Gods but am scared of heights, this walk was enough for me.

Panoramic walk

This is a path perched along the cliffs, and the only pedestrian route between Mairoi and Minori before the road was built. We started the route in Minori - the initial climb up the steps is a bit of a slog, but it gets easier. You will pass through orchards (not many lemons on display though!) - the midpoint is the tiny village Torre From here its relatively easy walking, with a beautiful view of the green and yellow ceramc tiled domes of Santa Maria a Mare church greeting you in Maiori. We then took a well deserved gelato break at Geljada, before our bus back to our B&B in Amalfi. It's a relatively easy walk, takes a bit over an hour with great views along the way.

Nice views without lemons

Nice views although we didnt see any lemons (july) its a walk up many stairs , we did the way up and down pretty quick (25min) because we dindnt have more time because he had to go back pay more parking time, but it was enough to get a good sweat and nice views.

Path of the Views - not lemons!

Contrary to what some other reviewers have noted, this path isn't exactly chock-a-block with lemons. Also, if you are imagining a verdant walk amongst lemon groves while the sea breeze whispers in your ear, wake up! because this walk isn't anything like that. Realize that this is a way of getting from one village (Minori) to another village (Maiori) and cuts through a mountain (which means steps....lots of them). We executed this walk in June in the mid-day heat and it was not a wise decision. The path definitely has enough water stops and other rest stops (you could just perch yourself on the steps to take a break) so you can pace yourself but we were all groaning by the time this walk ended.

However, this walk does offer magnificent views of the coast. You also pass these cute bed-and-breakfasts along the way which gives you the complete feel of walking through an Italian village.

Bottomline: If I were ever in a position where my power allowed changing places names, I would call this Path of the Views and not Path of the Lemons

Such an amazing walk!

Amazing walk starting from Piazza Rafaele d’Amato just off Corso Reginna. Take plenty of water, although there are many water stops on the way. Steep climb with shady respite so not too bad considering it was still 33 degrees at 5pm. Don’t forget to pop in to the church on the way but watch out for the crazy Scottish woman with her incessant ramblings.
The views and the food at Cuonc Cuonc are the best 👍👍
