We visited this church when we were in Chioggia for a vacation. It is not as large and ornate as some other Catholic churches, but it has interesting paintings and a very interesting crucifix.

Large structure dating from the 13th century. On its own island in the north-east of the town, and worth the walk. Austere interior with some good paintings, one of them attributed to Tintoretto. Very spiritual atmosphere. Not many visitors when I was there last spring.
