Beautiful setting in the Tuscan hills about a 20 min drive from Castellina in Chianti. It is a VERY small winery so the tour part of you visit is about 5-10 mins. They make excellent Chianti, a Merlot and other blends. They also make their...More

We arrived without a reservation and much information but were greeted very warmly. Without question their balsamic, truffle oils and wine were outstanding. I highly recommend that you include this farm on your trip.

We arrived at this place, our planned destination, at lunch time. We were met with complete indifference. A man who was helping some customers load their purchases into their car hurriedly asked if we had a reservation. We did not. He then said, while moving...More

Don't miss this place folks. What a wonderful, down to earth and genuine group of people. The food was terrific as was the five wines we tasted. The lasagna was the best (bechamel based). Giuseppe was great. Knowledgeable, personable and just a great guy did...More

The farm was recommended by friends. I am doing the same. They explained the farm operations from growing the grapes by taking us to the vineyard and then through the bottling process. Don't miss out on the lunch/wine tasting. Lunch included appetizers which was enough...More

Paola, from Takemeoutintuscany.com, took us to Sant'Agnese for a home cooked Italian meal that was a highlight of our trip to Tuscany and Siena. I highly recommend Paola for a tour guide in Tuscany and the stop at the farm.

My family (3 sisters and mom) had an amazing time at Sant'Agnese Farm. We made reservations in advance and informed them that gluten free options were needed. The lunch served was outstanding as was their wines. We toured the vineyards and saw how the balsamic...More

Before we sat down to dinner we were shown something of the creation of the Balsamic Vinegars produced by the farm. The talk, by Giuseppi, was interesting and informative. A nicely presented platter of antipasti was served accompanied by the first of four wines. Half...More

My husband and I took a private car tour through Tuscan, and a stop at Sant'Agnese Farm was on the itinerary. After touring the vineyard and seeing how the balsamic vinegar is aged, we were seated for a wine tasting. We were served a plate...More

We are coming in early September. Do we need to make lunch reservations in advance? There may be only 2 adults or a group of 6 adults and 1 child. Grazie.

Did anyone else have our experience of host raving about his sulfite free wine, ordering some, then seeing the big "contains sulfites" on the label?

I don't recall our hosts making a point about sulfites in the wine. IMHO it was some of the best we had on our trip. We like the overall passion the family members had for their wine, balsamic and food.
