In a very well refurbished medieval building . Downtown residence of a prominent family of the town one can see the findings of the old Roman town of Pollentia. The Museum is open only on a Tuesday and a Thursday, between 15.00 and 18.00. The charming young lady on reception had no change, so I paid 10 Euro for three of us, instead of 9 Euro. She then locked the front door, whilst we we shown around the museum. Quite a lot of the exhibits had English descriptions which... More
