This is a beautiful fountain in the center of Acqui still used by locals. The water is very hot, over 70 degrees Celsius and smells a bit of sulfur. Original and worth a visit.

In the middle of the city you will find this spring. Take care because the water is, as the name of the fountain says: boiling hot

We passed here on a drizzly damp night but the simple little monument actually felt quite romantic as there was nobody else around and definitely worth seeking out.

Even in July there is a bit steam coming out of the 75 C. hot water. Light stench of sulfer doesn't matter. Cool.

well with hot water, in the middle off the little market square. Nice for taking pictures but the smell off sulfer you have to take with you.
