very good little interesting museum about the workforce i Faxe Kalkbrud. It is interesting even if you dont have a huge interest. Fun that the finds is named with finders names. Go there before a visit to the quarry.

A fairly new attraction for the area. A museum telling the story of the limestone fossiles found at the mine and lots of those can be seen at the museum. Great view over the area and also the possiblity to go down to the mine...More
