This beautiful small church just off the Kourio beach carries a long history and is worth the visit, especially in the name day of Ayios Ermorgenis. A few minutes from Limassol it offers a small trip away from our routine.

My son wanted to stop by as we passed the little church every day on the way to the beach. Sad to see that it is so difficult to clear around the church.

Amazing to think that this was a monastery - not sure if it still is. Some lovely icons inside, worth looking at.

Stopped by to view a cute church. Not sure if used today. Neat building and bell. Very old block and sandstone walls. Did not go in.

Situated next to the ancient Curium in Limassol District the little church and the surrounding area makes you feel relaxed .For religious people the tomb with the coffin of St Ermogenis is there as well .

This tiny church is sited below Kurion Archaeological site and not far from Kurion Beach, next to a small charming restaurant. It's very small inside, probably seats no more than a dozen people, but proves that small is beautiful. It has some stunning icons inside,...More
