Beautiful small church called "The Persian chapelle", beautiful view of the Ruins of the Calmont d'Olt.
Peaceful place to meditate for a moment.

it's a small roman church of the 12century in red sandstone. It's very nice.
Take the time to visit it.

We viewed this from surrounding hills walking the Camino. From a distance it looked superb, up close it exceeded these expectations with warm coloured stone and fascinating and charming sculpture not only in the tympanum but also throughout the building. Look carefully at the external decoration which is especially beautiful. The church is a notable contrast to the generally unattractive surrounding town!

This chapel is quite interesting because it's a little bit outside the city, in nature, and very well preserved. The colour of the stone is quite warm, almost red !
The atmosphere is very quiet, peaceful, spiritual I have to say...
It's not difficult to imagine all those pilgrims making a stop here, so take a moment to do the same. :)
