River rafting was included as part of our 15 days Mardi Himal trekking tour. It was great fun and has helped broken the ice for us with other members of our tour group as we have to work together under expert guidance to help steered the raft along the river. Delicious lunch was also included, we ate like starved refugees, partly because of the energy exerted. Highly recommended if travelling between Kathmandu and Pokhara.

This is the river mainly used for white water rafting, placed in between the road from Kathmandu to Pokhara. The rafting experience was pretty good. The company was a bit inefficient in organising the whole thing, but they ensured all safety measures were taken and ensured a great rafting experience.

Fun rafting - I've never done it before and loved it! Guides felt knowledgeable and gave a perfunctory safety briefing. I was told they were grade 2-3 rapids (?).

I visited with my friends and enjoyed a lot in the month of May 2018. You can enjoy rafting if you are on the way to Pokhara from Kathmandu.

Trishuli River originates from Gandaki river system and mixes with other rivers like Bheri River, Marsyangdi River and Seti River as it flows ahead. It is widely acknowledged for its most culturally stimulating and exciting river trips in the world. Rafting along the challenging rapids of Trisuli River like Twin Rock, Ladies Delight and Scout Upset can be extremely mind-blowing experience.

During this meticulously organized river trip, you journey through the most scenic and secluded miles featuring incredibly blue water, breath-taking alpine scenery and amazing rapids cutting through some of the most varied geology. You also get to enjoy luxurious camps and wonderful off-river activities. Monsoon river rafting is the major attraction of Trisuli River.

I saw a lot of this river, we drive on the Prithvy Highway several times and I also got to raft a portion of it too. The day we rafted it was quite tame, overnight there was lots of rain and the following day it was raging - that would have been an awesome rafting trip, but that's nature for you.

Several times I came across this river because it was located almost in every road that we stopped by. During the early morning, this river also had foggy cloud, maybe because it was winter season and it felt so cold. But the view was totally worth to see, greenery on each sides to refresh your eyes.
