This is perhaps one of the most unique sculptures you will ever find from antiquity. It’s a bit of a hike to get to it, but very well worth it. Have a tour guide or read a bit about this before you go in order...More

This statue is interesting firstly for its size and also the fact it was left mostly rough cut and in situ where it was dug out. For some reason the statue was neither fully removed or erected and would have been an imposing monument given...More

Interesting site-- a marble statue that was never completed, laying in its original position. Fascinating!

Having seen it 25 years ago, it is still impressive. It's a bit out of the village and uphill so make sure you do it before lunch.

A nice walk to get there but not overly impressed. While you are there just go and see the little 'cafe' or have a drink! it was surrounded by, what looked like a junk yard. It didn't live up to its name of Paradise!!!!
