We stayed on the farm in their 2 two-bedroom Apartments. Was a Great experience, relaxed and very friendly, nice breakfasts and dinners with the host family, lots of donkeys and the chance to work with them, adorable dogs, fruits we could pluck and eat. Darko was a great host, showed us around, and the entire family was very welcoming.

The farm is located 17 km away from Podgorica. It travels to the town of Spuž, and there is a signpost not far from the farm. That's why I recommend GPS.
The entrance to the farm is a kilo of carrots or apples. It is only open on Sundays. from 10-13h.The farm is a nice place, especially for small children. There’s a maternity ward — where the little donkeys are. You can buy donkey milk which is of exceptional nutritional value. At the visitor center you can relax and watch an educational film. There is also a toilet on the farm. The kind owners should be especially emphasized.
I recommend for a visit.

Great donkey farm , run by a nice family. They offer some domestic products you can buy such as milk, rakia, eggs, home made syrup etc.
The also offer educational presentation about donkeys which is really great for kids as well as adults.
I would recommend you bring your rubber boots and visit !
Make sure to bring some carrots and apples as a ticket:)

A few days ago I messaged the owner of the Donkey rescue on Whatsapp +382 6724 5006 to see if my wife and I could by the farm on a Friday, because that was the only day I had available. He said "no problem." The farm is a little tricky to find but if you look at the satellite image of the area on google maps, you will see the small roads that lead there. There are a few signs for the farm that help. The roads are small and rough, but our small Ford Fiesta made it. The owner had to be out of town the day we were there, but a couple of neighbors showed us how to feed the donkeys the carrots and apples we brought. I think kids will prefer feeding them carrots as it is easier to keep your hands away from the donkey's teeth, but the donkeys seems to know not to bite fingers. The farm didn't cost anything, but we were asked to bring carrots and apples. We donated some money while we were there. It was fun, and I always like giving support to organizations that take care of animals.
