Richmond Park is a great place for escaping the London crowds. It's big enough that you can do the perimeter once and get a good workout in. I also like the variety of pubs and gastropubs around. We try to come here at least once a season, maybe more in warmer months.

A beautiful November family walk, wrapped up in our Winter clothes, and we come around a corner, and there are the deer grazing. Totally oblivious to us and the other walkers. A breath-taking moment. The views of the city in the far distance add to the mystique of this wonderful park. A must if you are in this part of... More

This park is extremely well maintained for the benefit of the public. There is a variety of roads, cycle paths, and ramblers' paths to suit everyone. The noisiest residents are the parakeets, the most impressive are the red and fallow deer, and I understand a dog named Fenton make an occasional appearance!

Lots of free animals like deers. Great outdoor place for picnic and fun with friends. Be aware not to be too close to the deers...

Great space to get away from the hustle and bustle. Bring the kids, bring the dog and enjoy the fresh air.

The beautiful scenery of the park is fantastic however I've never seen so much police be present in such an open quiet and reserved park.. which is a little worrying:/ Love the cafe situated by roehamton gate they serve good food and the park is absolutely stunning otherwise..
