Nice clean beach but water dirty would not recommend swimming when tide is in. There is a lot of chavs on the beach leaving rubbish everywhere . Try Burnham on sea or berrow beach as much nicer

It's a great place to walk and catch the fresh sea air. Lots of food places along the extensive promenade.

Except when the tide's in! As the beach is very shallow, the sea can come in FAST and a number of people have been caught out by this. In normal conditions it's one of the better beaches for strolling along. The sand varies in quality...More

It has water that comes and goes, has sand that is soft and stuff, seagulls... it’s a beach!! Don’t be daft and go out to the water in low tide and get stuck and risk of drowning.. glug glug Goodluck

Miles of glorious sand, perfect for walking, jogging or making sandcastles. Plenty of space to do your own thing or just sit and read.

Lovely place to visit you can park at one end of the beach for free at this time of year which is better than parking on the promenade which has a minimum cost of £6.00 for four hours. It would,d be much better to have...More
