We visited here on Friday and we were given a great welcome! I was really nervous but was given encouragement without being pushed into anything or feeling pressured and I was very reassured. What a blast I absolutely loved it and by the end was throwing myself into the Tarzan Nets and loving the zip wires. Fantastic fun and run... More

Not our first visit, and we were pleased to see it is still in good condition. The pre event briefing was good, and set us up well before we started. The activities are fun, and well maintained so safety levels are high. Overall, a gfreat place to 'hang' out........

Go Ape (Crathes Castle) was a fantastic adventure climbing, swinging, and zip lining around the forest. From the start the staff was very focused on safety. Participants are harnessed with two safety clips and we were always clipped in with at least one line. We went with out 11 and 14 year old children who loved every minute (the staff... More

Brilliant from start to finish! The girl that showed us what to do was really nice & helpful and then we were off on out own! Bit scary to jump off the first platform but after that it was loads of fun and enjoyed every minute of it! Would definitely go back to do it all again!

We visited this twice during a recent holiday in Aberdeenshire . We have done 3 other go Apes but this one was the friendliest - great manager who runs it and a lovely dog to stroke whilst waiting ! Thanks a lot we will be back!

We had 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 14,11) on the course, and they all loved it. There is a great variety of obstacles, and at 2 different places you can choose the easier or harder obstacle. The course is *really* high up there! 2 adults stayed on the ground and visited the gardens - which are really beautiful -... More

We recently attended here to do the course for a friends 50th birthday!! The staff were amazing, kept us encouraged, from checking in throughout our training and all through that the Forrest course!! We had Kirsty as a guide / trainer and she was amazing!!! Thank you personally-one of our girls had a bit of a wobble and was one... More

The Gardens of this Castle are wonderful, we even watched Croquet being played on the lawn. The castle itself was interesting and gave a shiver as you walked through it by no means a modern establishment.

Really enjoyed doing this course. I decided to go on a spur of the moment decision after visiting castle and glad did. The course is not too challenging but has lots of fun elements.
