What a fantastic woodland area. We had a great dog walk and there were four different length /ability routes that were well marked. The tracks were wide and not too muddy as they were compacted gravel/shingle, which makes it great for winter walks as well....More

Extensive woods with several well laid out trails of varying degrees of difficulty. A good place to amble with friends and there is a vintage tea room to enjoy. The access road is single track and can be difficult and car parking is sometimes tight.

The last two times we have been to Cornwall we have visited cardinham woods. The children love the gruffalo/highway rat trail and the stream running through the middle. Make sure you take your wellies!! Lovely food and drink at the café too.

We spent the day at the woods as an extended family - there were some lovely walks suitable for younger children and a challenging mountain bike course. The mtb course requires decent bikes and is only really suitable for proficient riders with stamina - there...More

We stopped off at the coffee shop on our journey to holiday house. We liked it at the woods so much we returned 2 days later. We completed the highway rat trail with our 2 young children. £2 for 2 hours parking.
