First time visiting. Easy to find - car park plenty big enough, Helpful people at entrance. Decided to take a guided tour of the hall - very interesting - over an hour - saw quite a few rooms in the hall from the tudor and georgian periods. Would recommend. Also wandered round the gardens - bluebells out all over the... More

This was our first visit to this property and man, were we impressed by every aspect. Ample parking and a short stroll to the guest reception (two lovely people at a table). They were so helpful and cheerful. We bought a superb souvenir guide book and, at only £3, a lot less than at other places. The property is open... More

We got married at the Hall and Hunting Lodge in August 2016 and we were blown away at the level of service and attention to detail that the staff demonstrated. The initial viewing and the planning meetings we had were all great and put us at ease, without making us feel as though they were going through the motions. They... More

We had a guide at the Hall who was very informative. Explaining highlights of the building which makes it more interesting than having to read lots of information yourself. The organ in the house was amazing and it works, although I am not sure I want to be in the room when it is being played! Do look up at... More

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the staff at Adlington Hall for making my wedding day so magical. In particular Pip and Bridget who couldn't have been anymore welcoming, friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to make us feel so special and the day ran so wonderfully because of them. It really was the best... More

This is a great couple of hours worth with or without kids. A fantastic building (great tours) and the garden (The Wilderness!) together with the maze is absolutely wonderful and a great stroll. Enjoy the tudor tea room or just relax outside in the sun. Car park is directly in front of the hall.

There is a car park for visitors close to the Hall and walking up to the building you have an idea of how it was constructed the inside is lovely with different parts to see. The gardens are very extensive, we popped into the tea room for a coffee and thought the cake was a bit pricey at £3.50 for... More

What a fabulous place to visit. Truly fascinating history of the place and a lovely tea and cake afterwards. Very knowledgable tour guides, in fact every member of staff we came into contact with was highly professional. Well worth an afternoon trip out to this historical house. I could also see this as a great wedding venue. Do make the... More
