We came to Blaze Farm to visit the Potty Sheep, and I'm pleased to say that it's a really pleasant family day out location. There are stunning views of the peak district and lots of activities for the whole family, and if you like hiking or just going for a long walk, there are lots of trails to follow. The... More

It gets very busy which I guess tells you that it is a good place to take the kids for an hour or so. It is a working farm so you get to see parts of it warts and all, but they do make sure its safe. There is a nature trail that is not too demanding but worth doing.... More

Fantastic, non commercialised working farm you can wander around freely yet health and safety conscious. Healthy, happy animals used to children. Great cafe, good prices with home made ice cream. My 19 month old grand daughter and my 90 year old both enjoyed it!

Visited today with young daughter. Free entrance. We visited the lambing shed which was £1.50 to enter and you could go in as often as you liked and hold a lamb and watch the pregnant ewes that are ready to give birth. We weren't lucky enough to witness a birth but had a good few cuddles of the lambs. Small... More

We stopped here on the drive back from Buxton, it was an unexpected find. Kids has fun on the slide and a lovey walk through the farm and woodland. Got to see the lambs and play on the tractor. Lovely ice cream aswell, worth a stop, very busy.

Very busy farm with lots of sheep and cows! Small cafe with a massive shed for watching animals in (you need to pay fur this). Lots of walking to do but not a lot for small kids to play on, my 4 year old was bored after an hour....

Visited today with my daughter and 3 granddaughters aged 6,3&2, it is free but if all you want to do is walk through fields and look at sheep and lambs that fine, I thought there would be lots of farm animals on show but it's not that sort of farm, the car park is at the end of the farm... More

Visited at Easter 2017 to see the Spring Lambs being born. The cost to watch the lambing was only £1.50 per person compared to Tatton Park which is £7 per person plus the £6 to park. We were very lucky to watch some lambs being born whilst we were there. The farmer talked about what he was doing and why... More
