Really enjoyed my visit here - admittedly to play bowls on a Council run bowls rink that had been damaged by locals - but also that I had heard it was a pleasant walk through. Reasonably well managed

We use this park on a regular basis, it's always clean and tidy, the pond is nice and the grounds are kept to high standard.

Come here if you are interested in a variety of cheap beers and or ciders. Was not particularly crowded and we were served quickly. Would go again

A beautiful park, this was definitely a highlight of my trip. The people were very friendly, and I enjoyed the shade and the feel of the grass under my feet. Would recommend a visit for anyone who travels to the Tees Valley.

Yes you can take your own food and drink and have a picnic on the grass as long as you clean up after each visit
