Decided to stop in while in the area, so glad we did! Spent ages chatting to the staff there about family history research, then had a look around the museum. Not massive, but plenty there about the local area

We usually pop in to use the loo (which is hidden away downstairs)..there’s not much else to see. Sometimes they have posters up which tell you things you can do and what’s on...

The museum relates the history of Pontypridd in detail with references to Brown Lennox and the building of the arched bridge over the river Taff well worth a visit

The museum was formerly a chapel, and this has been somewhat kept the same way. The chapel organ dominates the inside. Only small but the museum shows many events and for children during the year, and hosts various events ie The Pontypridd Camera Club Exhibition...More
