The self-title "Village in the town" oversells itself somewhat. There's a few shops there but nothing exciting. We had a quick look in the bookshop which was nice enough but that was it. Nothing bad but nothing great either.

A little side street away from the main shopping street. Quirky independent shops. I hope it manages to sustain trade.
