Go to Southport quite regularly, always plenty to do ,if you like browsing the shops,or having a meal out always plenty of choice,nice little marina ,amusements ,cinema ,restaurants ,shopping area near the front.

There are 2 Wetherspoons on Lord Street where you can get fish and chips, I think Friday is Fish and Chips day so you get a drink included too. There is a large fish and chips at the foot of the pier behind the carousel... More
There are 2 Wetherspoons on Lord Street where you can get fish and chips, I think Friday is Fish and Chips day so you get a drink included too. There is a large fish and chips at the foot of the pier behind the carousel which is only a couple of minutes walk away, I didn't get any, but did enjoy a couple of freshly made donuts from there.
