We had a pleasant time walking round the park,plenty of birds,peacocks and rabbits,guinea pigs,great play area for children,crazy golf,swans and dudcks on the lake and a café for a welcome drink.

Needs more funding from the council but it's such a lovely park that has been amazing all summer for a cheap day out for families. Great play area and lovely gardens.

Yes dogs can be taken in plenty of locals walking there pooches in there on leads.
