Really enjoyed just sitting and relaxing in the gardens watching the world go by. Think they have bands playing in the bandstand which we would love to have heard - hopefully next year.

I don't know if the people who look after these gardens are employed, or volunteers, or a mix. However I am so grateful they tend to these small spaces which lift our spaces when we encounter them. Just a little gem of peacefulness & fleeting...More

Nice small space. The band stand looks nice and the water running through is lovely. Could do with some fish in the pond.

Fantastic retreat in summer. A beautiful & peaceful place near the museum, and it has a bandstand, a stream and lots of benches. Great bands and rubbish bands, and Seagulls are a nuisance, so we can't say it's excellent. Locals have put a WWI mosaic...More

its a nice area were you can sit and read and whatch the world go by it has a pretty stream running through it and is always planted up with nice flowers and has bands playing in the bandstand on nice days in the summer

Runnymede Gardens is a delight. It is used by events like Queen Victoria's tea party, Brass bands, Mayor's tea party.....
