We were a family of 11 visiting the park hoping it would take up around 3-4 hours. The animal enclosures were totally inadequate, some having very limited enrichment, especially the Lions Both the park and the enclosures were very shabby and not what you would...More

We visited the park not expecting great things, however we were pleasantly surprised. Lots of animals to see, all of which appeared well looked after. The dinosaurs are good but do need a bit of TLC but the sea lion show was very good! It...More

So many Animals, staff are brilliant and very welcoming of questions during the informative talks. Where we went off peak, we had a 1:1 experience in the meercat enclosure. The soft play is huge! Great for if the weather turns. All together, the park was...More

Loved the beautiful settings, particularly round the dinosaurs. Beautiful tree ferns. Some lovely animals. Was hard work pushing a push chair around, as extremely steep in places and toddler did fall over frequently, so wouldn’t recommend toddlers running around. The dinosaurs were awesome though and...More

Visited on the last day of our week-long holiday to North Devon and it was a fitting place. Though listed as a Wildlife and Dinosaur Park tbh the Dinosaur element is more just for fun. The real stars are the wild animals. Upon entry, there...More

Park clean and tidy, animals appeared well looked after. Very hilly terrain but all the literature warns you of this. Most staff were very good one or two let the side down. Plenty to do in the 5hrs we stayed.

If you mean Ilfracombe harbour, then it's not within walking distance. it's 20 minutes by car, and 37 minutes by train.
