I have been in others parks just as Disneyland, Europa Park, Universal Studios that are nearly as expensive as this park (50 US$). It’s frustrating to pay a lot to not have fun in the park because there are not enough infrastructures and attractions. With all the money that they collect the park could become much better. It’s more a tourist trap than a park to have fun. And yet, It was sad to see ~18 Araras (parrots) in a small cage, and nearly defeathered of depression.

It’s fine to pass time on a mediocre day of weather. The queues are fairly long. Don’t bother if you’re pregnant as they won’t let you on any of the rides, even the toddler ones…the zoo is horrible. The poor elephants were stood there in the dirt swaying side to side; clearly bored and losing the will to live. All the lions were sleeping; probably given something to make them drowsy. If you like animals and care for their welfare, then avoid the zoo as it’s upsetting. The food court is nice and the toilets were all spotless. All staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend that the management should aim to get rid of the zoo and send the animals to a nice open space to retire. Get with the times! Put in more rides for the kids instead. All in all, it was fine.

The queues ruined the trip. We managed to go on 3 rides and the were very average rides that you might find in a local fairground (teacups.. pirate ship) Queues for famous /big rides were up to 3 hours long which is not manageable with kids. Only worth it if you buy the expensive ‘fast track’ option but we did not realise until too late. Theme parks are naughty for doing this. Profits over customer experience is clearly at play

What a waste of time and money. The lines were huuge, with undertrained staff. Even with fast pass it took us 40minutes for a ride. Spent the whole day to ride 4 attractions. The cinema attraction wasn’t working properly the Image was blurred and disconnected.

The park is really good, it’s well-maintained and clean, but the staff isn’t trained.
Any problem that you had, you have to walk halfway to the park to go to customer service .
A brief example is that my kid that is 1 m and 22 cm tall , had a problem with his bracelet.
The measuring equipment on the toy was broke and measure him 1 m and 19 cm .
I had to cross all over the park , and go talk to customer service waited half an hour so they find the people there is responsible for it.
After that, they solved the problem.
But a little bit of courtesy and common sense would go along way .
I like the basic staff had no preparation at all .
When you get to manager all of this changes, and then you get very well treated .
One other thing is that the staff it’s really helpful when they can, I lost my cell phone and they did all the best to be able to find it and they did .
Again, I believe that staff it’s really good , but the directions that they get is not correct.

Worth to visit, although you should always check wich attractions are closed for maintenance. Expect long lines in the main attractions, so plan your day in advance.

Park seems to be under constant renovation. Would come back but would try to avoid holidays.

Once we arrived, it took as nearly 2 hours to get our tickets and get into the park. Once we were inside, the wait time for the rides was reasonable in most cases, however were supprised that even after paying fairly high costs to get in, there were rides that we had to pay an additional.

Too crowded and very expensive. After purchising the tickets, once inside there are several attractions that have an extra cost. Without buying a fast pass the line for ALL the attractions were close to two hours. We will not go back!

The animals are all sad and in tiny cages, it is heartbreaking! The amusement park is nice and has very good attractions and activities, there is no need to keep animals there. They say they are like a sanctuary but when you get there you see that the animals are very stressed and sad. Do not support this kind of business!

I just came back from Santa Catarina and went to Beto Carrero World with my family. We all were impressed with the variety of attractions and the number o exotic animals we saw. There was zebras, giraffes, tigers, the white tiger, camel, panthers, hippopotamus, elephants, all sorts of birds, crocodiles, petting zoo with baby goats, pony hides for the little ones and a lot more. They also have the Extreme show, like Cars in Disney World, it was beautiful and to the same level as Disney, we had a VIP sitting where we had lunch watching the show. The food was great, we went to an ice cream shop, I was impressed with the presentation of the different ice cream dishes we could order, banana splits, sundaes, ice cream pizza to name a few. The roller coasters were amazing, also they have "The Tower", I would not go on it, but for the adrenaline seekers it looks terrific and not to mention the shows, they have the “Wild Africa”, the “Medieval Time” with lunch “The Beto Carrero Show” sort of a cowboy Wild West show. Overall, it was a beautiful, well made and organized place. I highly recommend.
