Went for a day visit. R150 Rand. Totally NOT worth it, R50 per person and 50 for the car. For That much the least you can expect is a clean place. Wild Animals walking freely not safe for kids. Braai areas limited as well as shade. If you pay then you should get your monies worth. The Dam was dirty... More

We were a group of 6 ladies staying in the chalet over the weekend. I was worried that the accommodation would not be of good standard as it was very cheap. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to find that the staff were very friendly and helpful. The chalets are clean and beautiful, with a stunning view and very... More

Prior to posting the review about the camping weekend gone wrong in November 2015, the lodge was also contacted to indicate my intention to do such. The Manager then contacted me after receipt of the e-mail and apologised, mentioning that its under recontructionand will be up to date arounf March /April in 2016. She reimbursed money paid and committed to... More

Went camping for 2 nights, the service we received coming in at reception was poor and security was so rude. When leaving the site to buy firewood we were treated with aggression as we did not keep our receipt even though the records show we have booked for 2 nights, and we were never told to keep the receipts. Bathrooms... More

We were a family of 8 people staying in the chalets over the weekend, and we had a great time, with beautiful views and the tranquility of Gemsbok and Zebra's walking free . Although it is a bit dated, I could find nothing wrong, everything was neat and clean. We had an extremely joyful peaceful weekend. We had minimal dealings... More

We had a royal time and were treated with the utmost respect and warmth. Staff Eagle Waters are doing a marvelous job though some of the guests are quiet abusive towards them. The new Management Team is going all out to meet and exceed guests' expectations and offering value for money.

We went camping this weekend from 27 - 29 November 2015. We were a group of 12 people, 5 adults and 7 kids. Almost all the kids are teenagers and guess what, the only thing they could do was jumping on the trampoline. There were no activities as indicated on the site. The swimming pools were very very filthy, green... More

We went camping from last week Wednesday 23 September to 27 September 2015. The camping site was excellent. The cleaning of the dustbins and braai areas were excellent. The swimming pool - excellent. However the ablutions really need some attention. The lady tried to keep up with cleaning the ablutions, but there were just too many people and the drains... More
