Just returned from afternoon tea, served in the 1910 restaurant. Even though the weather outside was wet and gloomy, the atmosphere inside was very warm and friendly. Our waiter, Scott, was very attentive explaining everything on the menu. Our food was presented beautifully and tasted...More

Regular booked afternoon tea with 6 friends . We have tried many venues over the last year and this is right up there with the best. Stunning views up the coast through the full length windows. The Christmas decorations made the venue more special. Service...More

Although I've only seen photographs of what it used to be like, it has been very pleasantly updated. Lots of nice touches, and good restaurants and snacks. The promenade is excellent, too.

Although nicely restored the quality of the food is, at best, mediocre. Service was friendly although several mistakes were made with the order. I would not waste my money here, there are much better places to eat in the vicinity.

The Dome is free to enter and to really appreciate its splendour do go inside. If you can,try a seat in the Champagne Bar. The views out to Sea and across to St Mary's Island are truly spectacular. Enjoy!

There are steps at the front of the building overlooking the sea but there is better access from the rear where there is a car park.
