Went to the Summerhill Glen for a late night stroll and was not disappointed A stream running through the glen sets the atmosphere as the lights dance all around. I found myself unable to decide where to look at times! Worth a visit if you...More

Always worth a visit. Tranquil walks, tumbling waters. Not for the infirm as it is very steep in places.

Is not the best Glen you can see in the Isle of Man, but as is so close to Douglas, is perfect for the daily run, or the odd relax in a day with 1 hour spare time.

Visited today 41 years on from my last visit. A magical little place with waterfalls and fairies. Might be a little difficult for anyone with mobility problems due to steep slopes a and steps

As far a I am aware they are. There is no-one checking at either end of the glen and we have certainly seen people walking their dogs. Hope that helps and that you enjoy it!
