Real variety of exhibits, small museum but plenty of exhibits Lovely restored building, nice staff If you're visiting Wigan do visit, we need to keep these local museums in business

Family visit with granny and daughter at half term. Everyone was interested for well over an hour. Faacinating exhibits and good dressing up and games for kids. Small but perefctly formed. Worth a trip upstairs to view the reference library where Orwell researched The Road...More

I remember when this wad Wigan library. I like the concept of a museum on local life but feel this museum could be improved upon to create a better attraction for the town.
