Enjoyable day at ground for the villa match. Reasonable crowd so a good atmosphere in ground. Had good seats in West stand. Good choice of beers under stand and the pies ok as well. Had a good afternoon.

Visited as an away fan with a thew of my mates and weren’t to impressed by the stadium it was an average stadium no real atmosphere or good services there apart from a nice burger outside the ground, would go again but not the best...More

They have forwarded your question to me because of my review. Sadly, I cannot help you, I was at the ground supporting the away team, not Wigan. I have no knowledge of local pubs. Good luck in your search.

Sorry but can't recall seeing anything, think it was more shops and diners like Frankie and Bennys. I'm sure there will be one close by somewhere, think I read somewhere that one near the cinema that is close by.
