Took a trip from Bowness to Ambleside the views are stunning and the commentary very informative. The boats are spacious plenty of room to sit and there’s a bar that sell soft drinks too. Ambleside is fab great for shopping!

Went in the cruise as my daughter is currently mad for swallows and Amazon’s and it didn’t disappoint. Fantastic views, lots of wildlife. Really not to be missed a wonderful experience and well worth the short queue to get on.

We're delighted you enjoyed the cruise- thank you for your lovely review. Just to clarify- the return cruise is £10.80 not the alcoholic hot chocolate which is a great deal less! We hope to welcome you again one day.

The cruise on the 18km lake is a wonderful experience. You have 3 options red/ blue / yellow. Suggest you buy a day ticket and hop of at different locations and discover the beauty around the lakes.
