I have visited this venue four times now and I can vouch for it as a place to take children with plenty to do and with delicious ice cream. However the thing you will notice is that the staff are not exactly welcoming. I visited...More

We have visited Churchfields on numerous occasions with our children and loved it, so my husband kindly booked a baby shower for me and 15 friends and family. The lady looking after our group was miserable and asked us how many wanted tea coffee or...More

We went for a christening celebration and had a lovely traditional afternoon tea in convivial surroundings. Although there were at least two other group events on simultaneously and the cafe itself was very busy, the service was good, staff friendly and enthusiastic and we felt...More

We visited Churchfields in its first week of opening, and have been a regular visitor ever since. I have enjoyed watching it grow, and how the owners attempt to please all age groups. Tasty food, luscious lunches, lovely afternoon teas, children’s parties and of course...More

This is a great, family run place, run by true entrepreneurs. Every time I go, they have added something new. The ice cream choice is fab! They started with vanilla and really worked at it to get it right before expanding the choices. I was...More

This is a real active farm which has expanded commercially. The ice creams have a wider range of flavours than one can see anywhere around the world. The tastes are truly astonishing. This is then complemented by lovely home made cakes and earlier in the...More

Travelled a fair distance to enjoy the ice-cream. We were met with dirty tables covered in food debris. Obviously there are flies as it’s a working farm but cleaning tables regularly would help as would fly traps. Dirty dishes all around and flustered waitresses. Clueless...More
