People will be surprised by the amount of history to be gleaned from here, there is parking next door and well worth a visit free or a small donation.

Appeared to be a minute building but it was a "tardis". Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Most interesting displays and photographs. The video of photographs had been expertly done to merge old street scenes into the current buildings and streets. Very cleverly done. The tiny...More

Well worth many visits. A wonderful old building showing many historical interests from our town and surrounding areas. Ran by volunteers it offers interesting historical facts and information along with a lovely cafe area. Can highly recommend visiting.
