Most Easterly point you can stand on in GB, it is very exposed with the full force of the North Sea hitting you, wrap up warm. You can walk along the Sea Wall and visit a lovely little park called Squirrels Nest, this has a...More

You have to say that you've been here as it is the most Eastrely place in England. Not over much to see but you just have to.

Disappointed. This was not where or how we expected to find Britain's most easterly location. A big round disk on the floor of the bay. Very poorly signposted, hard to find from the public road, and hidden behind an industrial estate. Good that it highlights...More

Its a bit run down and needs more cash thrown at it, not to make it flashy and commercial, but to make it in keeping with the time and position of the location. If this were aboard it would be more interesting as they tend...More

Nice stop at this point. I read bad reviews about it, but I like it. Its nice short break. You can see how far you are from London or Paris or other different city's around the world. Recommended!

Watch the boats and the waves and the Euroscope on the floor so you know how far away you are from different city's around the world.

A short brisk walk from the bascule swing-bridge to Ness Point reflects the diversity, culture, and history of Lowestoft. The harbour precedes the past once lively fish market. Whereas the adjacent wind-turbine depicts its future industry. Ness Point is the most easterly point in England....More

Surprised to find the most eastern point in England behind many factories, difficult to find, a concrete place next to the sea, really gloomy, not attractive at all, good to have been there, but this needs serious upgrading to make it an attractive visit.

Easy to access and park & interesting due to mileage displayed to other European cities. Warm clothing advised as was blustery.
