Great ale, good company - what's not to like about The Vine? An atmospheric little pub, much of which hasn't changed since the 1930s, and non the worse for that: proof (if any were needed) that modernisation often isn't needed.

Excellent selection of well kept beers, cider and perry. Good choice of gin too! Pub is warm and friendly with very helpful staff. Consists of a bar, lounge and snug and is deservedly popular. Back again very soon.
