The Museum was lovely, but a lot smaller than the website suggested. However, it was free and we enjoyed most aspects of it. I would have to say that the art gallery was strange and the prices ludicrous. The lady on Reception when we arrived was not at all friendly and looked at me like I'd lost my marbles when... More

A great place to while away an hour or two or pick up some different gifts. Just remember it is closed on Mondays.

When I was at Primary School in Worthing, and later at Secondary school, the Museum was a regular haunt - I had a thirst for knowledge. After while, though, I felt that I was seeing identical displays all the time - nothing seemed to change. Even the Art Gallery seemed static for years. Well - that was 50-55 years ago... More

Visited here with a friend who is new to Worthing and we decided to pop into the Museum as it has had so much publicity due to the Costume Trail exhibit. Some amazing examples of old clothes and accessories through the ages! For a small space it has an impressive array of items on display (all free to view) and... More

Went here to view artefacts from Stone Age linked with my son's school topic-well displayed and labelled items found in the local area. An hour well spent on a rainy afternoon...and free!

We are so lucky in Worthing with the quality of exhibitions and events the Museum provides. Currently there is a Costume Trail around Worthing going on and the interaction between Town and Museum is wonderful.
