We had a wonderful time in this small but vibrant sanctuary, holding small animals, looking at the donkeys, goats and feeding chickens. It has a very uncommercialised feel which is most welcome. The staff are kind and knowledgeable, and there is lots to see and...More

Today we paid a visit to this sanctuary and we loved it! As soon as we arrived we were invited to hold some of the animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, and chicks for as long as we liked. The animals were very comfortable and...More

When viewing the website it informed us that dogs were allowed in, on arrival we were told that our dog reminded a worker of the time she was bit by the same breed. Bit of a shame that he wasn’t even allowed round the grounds...More

This little farm is an amazing place to go and handle animals, not commercial at all and basic but fun. People have mentioned it being run down but that is due to lack of funds so have a look for yourself and support this family...More

Shoddy and run down. Animals in very poor cramped up conditions. Gerbils, rabbits and guinea pigs were so over hearted in their cargoes and hutches they looked like they were about to die. Very distressing. We were the only people visiting in the middle of...More

This is a really basic place where the children can pet rabbits, hold gerbils and feed chickens. Sure, it's old, worn and rugged but therein lies the charm. The nettles are high and the paths are muddy but the animals are happy and the owners...More

When we went to the Water Fowl Park the weather was not very pleasant, but the children had a lovely time, holding the little chicks and rabbits on their laps. We still managed to have fun even in the wet.

Such a lovely place. All the animals are so well cared for and very obviously loved. We were greeted by the lady who had started the sanctuary. She was very helpful and at the end she let us and my little boy pet the animals...More
