Enjoyable walks at Wat Tyler park , very relaxing. Dog enjoys wandering around. Nice play area for the children. Nice cafe to get refreshments and have a bite to eat.

a lovely place to just go and lose yourself, there is lots of ground to cover and the waterfront, plus the old homes with loads of history. You can even book a wedding and reception there!

I have heard rumours that the idea has been mooted at the Council for part of Wat Tyler to be turned over for housing. How true or not this is remains to be seen. I think it wise to keep an eye open for public notices just... More
