Beautiful gardens really worth a visit with its water and wildlife if not for a quiet walk or with children it has some lovely play areas. On a summers sunny day be lovely area for a picnic.

These Gardens are very well kept and rather lovely. Well worth a visit. There is a pond with ducks which people seem to feed and a little train for children to go round the park on.More

This place has two great playgrounds for both toddlers and children, there is also a miniature railway running through it and special events are held throughout the summer. Great facilities in terms of cafe, shop restaurants, toilets, ice cream stall etc. Beautiful, well kept gardens...More

These gardens are very elegant incorporating and attractive lake and some very fine buildings . Included among the buildings is a nice theatre / concert hall in art deco style where we attended a talk by Martin Bell .More

put on your Sunday best bustle and go for a promenade in the gardens. If you're lucky there will be music in the bandstand, if it rains you can go into the winter gardens. The whole thing is charming, original and well worth a visit.More
