This place has it all Stunning looking inside, great acoustics and close to the action. Saw Peter Hook playing the two Joy Division albums which is not exactly opera, but a great great sonically.

Have been to the Opera house on a few occasions. The decor is quite wonderful in gold. Only issue is lack of toilets but given the age of the building is only a minor concern. Hope to visit again soon.

Really good evening in a lovely building albeit the seat are less soft than a modern cinema - even the (expensive) ice-cream was not a rip off and the attendants were well well trained.

Lovely theatre, small audience due to snow but we all clapped louder to make up. Cast of show did a lot of ad libbing which made it even more funny.
