I am lucky enough to live close to this beautiful church from 640 AD. The grounds are lovely although relatively unkept, and the graves are very old (obviously) but some markings are visible and its amazing. Inside the church is stunning, and very well maintained...More

This 12th century church is stunning, especially inside. The stained glass windows are amazing. The remains of St Eanswythe are kept within a niche near to the altar.

The ancient feel is truly wonderful, if you can get to a Sunday service, then you will experience the church (though perhaps not there and then).

A beautiful church with regular concerts, and home to the Sacconi Festival in mid-May -- three days of the finest chamber music

I love walking through here and often pop my head in if the church is open (non-religious). It's a lovely church and the graveyard is pleasant and interesting. Lovely location. Tranquil.
